Oneliners® Stress Relief Drawing Workshops offer a means to cope with stress, but is by no means a cure and it should be viewed as simply one method in a sea of other healthy and positive methods available for coping with stress. The difference is that Oneliners® teaches a method in which a product is produced, namely a continuous line drawing, a drawing that you create and that is entirely yours, resulting in a sense of accomplishment, pride, and ownership. In todays society, there is not much that we produce entirely on our own. We usually find ourselves working as a team member, but remember, The team is only as strong as the individuals that make up the team. Learning the Oneliners® method will hone your intuitive abilities, helping you to be more open to ideas and to become a more productive and observant individual. Creating something that you can claim as your very own creation also does wonders for building self-esteem and self-confidence. It is important to note that when you are stressed out, those around you can sense the stress and may become stressed by association. Wouldnt you feel better if those around you felt joyful and motivated while in your presence rather than feeling like you just handed them a hot potato? We all have our good and bad days. After all we are human. The trick is to have more good days than bad. Not taking ourselves so seriously and having a sense of humor helps. However, that is not always enough. We sometimes need another outlet or outlets. Go for a swim, take a walk, do a crossword puzzle, take in a comedy flick, go fly a kite, or make some continuous line drawings!
